What helps, if you have it
None of this is required — a name and a question are plenty to start. But a few details make the first response genuinely useful instead of a round of follow-up questions.
Your test result, if one exists. The number, the test type if you know it, and roughly when it ran. A photo of the report works fine.
Your foundation, in whatever words you’d use. Full basement, walkout, crawlspace under part of the house, sump pit in the corner — that’s the single biggest factor in what a system looks like.
And if this is part of a home sale, the inspection report page that mentions radon, plus the closing date. The calendar shapes the plan as much as the number does.
Have none of that? That’s normal too — “never tested, want to know” is where half of these conversations start.
