Where the work happens

This work is based in Sioux Falls and covers the towns that make up the metro’s everyday orbit — Brandon and Harrisburg at the city’s edges, Tea down the I-29 corridor, Hartford to the west, Crooks to the north, and Dell Rapids about twenty-five minutes up the interstate. Nothing on that list is a special trip; assessments, installs, and follow-up retests schedule the same everywhere. The approach doesn’t change with the zip code either — look at the house first, design to its foundation, verify with a test — but each town’s housing gives the work its own flavor, which is what the pages below get into.
